Branch Manager

Leads the branch, develops business, empowers the team.

The Branch Manager is the key reference point for all operational and commercial activities: they coordinate resources, optimize processes, and drive growth, ensuring concrete and sustainable results. They oversee all branch operations, from the fleet to operational organization, creating conditions for commercial development and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. They oversee administrative activities, monitor KPIs and economic performance, and contribute to budget definition. Simultaneously, they develop relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinator

Coordinates activities, ensures service, supports the branch every day.

The Coordinator is the operational heart of the branch and ensures that every activity is carried out efficiently and punctually. They manage client requests by offering advice and support, prepare offers and contracts, and organize daily activities, from deliveries to pick-ups, including workshop and logistics coordination. They plan maintenance and assistance interventions, oversee after-sales support, and support administrative activities, working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure operational continuity.

Business Developer

The Business Developer is the branch’s commercial engine and actively contributes to business development within the territory. They build and manage the client portfolio, monitor the market through site visits and meetings with potential clients, and identify new opportunities in line with corporate strategy. They use CRM to monitor activities and results, prepare offers, and follow client-related administrative aspects, contributing to the achievement of branch goals and customer credit management.

Project Manager
