CODE OF ETHICS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
As a company integrated into the multinational Tesya group, our Values are essentially based on a sincere commitment to principles of ethical and responsible conduct in business and to respect for the legislation of the territories and societies in which we operate.
Exclusivas de Maquinaria y Equipos S.L.U. adhered to and accepted as its own the Code of Ethics and corporate governance mechanisms of its Spanish affiliate Finanzauto S.A. Unipersonal and its business group Tesya S.p.A. by decision of its Board of Directors dated December 19, 2022.
The ethical principles and conduct that inspire our values are included in the Code of Ethics of our affiliate, to which we adhere without reservation and which we make available to you here Code of Ethics.

Our ethical principles inspire our conduct and behavior in our relationships of all kinds with our employees and collaborators, clients, suppliers, institutions and public officials, the communities to which we belong and our own environment, our partners and internal control bodies and financial institutions. Our Code sets out how we conduct ourselves in the development of business.
INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT, WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL AND PROTECTION OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER
We provide you with the Whistleblowing channel of our organization at this link, in order to help us prevent and detect inappropriate conduct that is contrary to the law or our ethical principles.
Under the supervision of the Tesya Supervisory Authority in Iberia and in accordance with the policies of its internal information management system, the electronic whistleblowing channel managed by an independent provider guarantees the confidentiality and protection of the informant, whistleblower and the accused in the terms provided for by current legislation.
