Branch Manager

Leadership, results, and strategic vision.
The Branch Manager coordinates all activities of the branch, with operational and commercial responsibilities, managing teams and performance.

Main activities:

  • Direct business development and support for the sales network.
  • Administrative management control (invoices, unpaid bills, credit notes) and economic analysis.
  • Control of results and branch budget.
  • Team coordination and daily activities.
  • Relations with clients, suppliers, and other branches.

Branch Coordinator

Organization and daily operations.
The Coordinator ensures the proper execution of the branch’s operational activities, managing rentals, technical interventions, and after-sales service.

Main activities:

  • Coordination and management of after-sales service.
  • Planning of maintenance, interventions, and repairs.
  • Direct customer service.
  • Management of rental contracts in CDRS.
  • Transport planning (branch – client – branch).
  • Liaison between the commercial area and the workshop.

Commercial Promoter

The driving force behind commercial growth.
The Sales Consultant carries out commercial activities through market analysis and visits to construction sites and potential clients, focusing on prospecting and contact management.

Main activities:

  • Development and management of the client portfolio.
  • Use of CRM to track activities.
  • Analysis of the target market.
  • Preparation of offers and administrative management of clients.
  • Commercial presence in the assigned territory.

Mechanical Technician

Efficiency and expertise, in-house and in the field.
The Technician ensures the proper functioning of rental equipment, addressing mechanical and electromechanical failures.

Main activities:

  • Repair of mechanical/electromechanical failures and diagnosis of potential damage.
  • Routine and special maintenance, including at the customer’s site.
  • Conducting inspections.
  • Spare parts management and entering orders into the management system.
  • Machine preparation and washing.
