Vincent Albasini is the new CEO of CGTE (now Alayan)

Alayan (CGTE) announces a major change at the top with the appointment of Vincent Albasini as the new CEO, marking an important step towards the future of the company.

With a vast experience gained in 20 years in the rental sector, Albasini will lead Alayan (CGTE) and the other Rental Service companies of the TESYA Group, including Alayan Rental and Emerent, operating in Spain and Portugal. His appointment is part of the Group’s strategy to enhance the integration between the companies and expand its presence in the international market.

Albasini’s appointment reflects the company’s desire to continue its growth path, focusing on entering new markets and consolidating its leadership in the rental sector.

Albasini – with a long experience in the sector gained in the Swiss Group Avesco Rent, where he held increasing roles of responsibility – has demonstrated solid management skills and a strategic approach throughout his professional career.
Vincent Albasini succeeds Massimo Rossi Mossuti, who has led Alayan (CGTE) since 2016, achieving important milestones in terms of expansion and consolidation on the Italian market. Under his leadership, Alayan (CGTE) has grown significantly, becoming a point of reference in the professional rental sector.

Rossi Mossuti, while maintaining the position of CEO, will assume the position of Vice President of all Rental Service companies.

With Albasini at the helm, Alayan (CGTE) intends to further strengthen its competitive position, enhancing the synergies between the different companies of the TESYA Group and developing new business opportunities.
