Pedro Torres Michelena takes the lead at Alayan Rentals Iberia

New appointment at Alayan: Starting from June 1, 2025, Pedro Torres Michelena will take on the responsibility of the Alayan Rentals Iberia Business Unit, with the goal of strengthening the company’s presence and development strategies in the Iberian Peninsula.

Torres Michelena joins Alayan with over thirty years of experience in the rental industry, during which he has held key positions in leading international companies.

He worked at Nacanco, where he served as CEO Spain and Group CEO. Later, he led Hune Rental as Managing Director and then took on strategic roles at Riwal, eventually becoming CEO.

Thanks to his deep industry knowledge and solid experience in managing operations on an international scale, Pedro Torres Michelena will make a significant contribution to enhancing the competitiveness of Alayan Rentals Iberia.

His appointment is part of a structured growth plan, aimed at consolidating the company’s position in the rental market and developing innovative strategies to address the sector’s evolving dynamics.

This appointment represents a key strategic lever for Alayan’s expansion process, ensuring expert leadership and a performance- and sustainability-driven vision.

His experience in multinational contexts will allow the implementation of best practices, the optimization of operations, and the development of new business opportunities, further strengthening Alayan’s presence in the European market.
