Alayan acquires Valquisa and strengthens its presence in Spain

Alayan Rentals S.p.A. is strengthening its presence in Spain through the acquisition of Valquisa, a Spanish company specializing in the rental of machinery and equipment for construction, industry, services, energy, environment, and agriculture. The transaction is part of the Group’s growth plan and helps reinforce its position in the professional rental market in the Iberian Peninsula.

Rooted in the Zaragoza area and active for over 35 years, Valquisa is a solid and well-recognized local company. With operating sites in Zaragoza and La Almunia and a fleet of more than 800 units, the company has developed a broad and diversified offering over time, standing out for its technical expertise, reliability, and attention to customer needs.

The integration into Alayan allows for the combination of complementary skills and strengthens the company’s presence in a strategic territory. At the same time, it fosters the development of operational and commercial synergies, helping make the offering even more complete and effective for a diverse customer base.
