Alayan Convention 2026: Vision, Results, and Strategies for the Future
On January 23, in Milan, Alayan gathered clients, partners, and stakeholders for the Alayan Convention, the annual event dedicated to the company’s strategic vision and development. The meeting was preceded, on January 22, by an internal day of discussion and alignment involving teams from Italy, Spain, and Portugal: a fundamental moment for sharing priorities and perspectives before opening up to the public.
The Convention offered the opportunity to review the results achieved and to share how Alayan is transforming its vision into concrete actions in a constantly evolving professional rental market.
2025 Results: Growth and Consolidation
In 2025, Alayan recorded significant growth, confirming the solidity of its journey:
- turnover of 221 million euros (+22% compared to 2024);
- opening of 6 new branches across Italy, Spain, and Portugal;
- 430 employees, with 183 new hires;
- “Rental Company of the Year” recognition at the European Rental Awards 2025.
These results testify to Alayan’s ability to integrate skills, services, and specializations into an increasingly complete and consistent service model.
A Future-Oriented Vision
Looking to the coming years, Alayan confirms a constant commitment to developing its organization. The 2026–2028 industrial plan includes investments dedicated to fleet renewal, infrastructure improvement, and the evolution of digital systems, with the goal of building a modern, sustainable service model capable of meeting the needs of various application sectors.
The Alayan Service Model
The evolution of the Alayan service model develops along three complementary pillars: project management, customer centricity, and innovation. Three distinct yet integrated areas that define an operational approach capable of responding to the needs of customers and various application contexts.
Project management: Integrated Solutions for Complex Projects
Project solutions represent Alayan’s ability to combine machines, equipment, technical services, and specialized expertise into a single integrated proposal. Thanks to the four business units – Rentals, Events, Power, Modular – the company supports clients through all operational phases, from planning to daily management, with a fleet of over 25,000 units and an organization capable of operating in diverse and complex contexts.
Customer centricity: A Service Built Around Customer Needs
Customer focus drives every Alayan decision. Knowing the application contexts, understanding operational needs, and adapting solutions to different realities means building a service that is truly useful and close to the daily activities of businesses. This is why Alayan integrates technical assistance, scheduled maintenance, digital tools for machine monitoring, and specialized skills, with the aim of making the rental experience simpler, more fluid, and more productive.
Innovation: Improving Processes and Technologies
For Alayan, innovating means constantly improving the way the service is designed and delivered. This path involves digital tools, internal processes, and technical skills, with the aim of making the service more efficient, flexible, and oriented to the real needs of various sectors. The integration of Alayan, Rental Service Division of TESYA, in Italy, Spain, and Portugal has allowed for the construction of a distinctive multi-specialist system, now present with new branches and an increasingly complete offering.
A Perspective Combining Vision and Operations
The Convention highlighted how Alayan is building a service model capable of evolving along with the markets in which it operates. An approach that integrates expertise, customer focus, and the ability to adapt to different contexts, maintaining a balance between operational efficiency and sustainability.
The strength of the people, territorial presence, and knowledge of application sectors allow Alayan to face heterogeneous projects with responsibility and continuity, offering solutions that respond to the real needs of businesses.
Turning Vision into Action confirmed a path based on vision, consistency, and operational solidity: elements that guide Alayan in consolidating its international presence and generating value over time.
